TREE LIFE STORY features audio interviews and stories told by people of Gullah Geechee, African American, Black, and Indigenous heritage, about relationships with trees, plants, and nature along the coast of Georgia and neighboring states.

All stories are archived in the U.S. Library of Congress and the StoryCorps Project.  They are shared with the permission of the storytellers.
